1st Birthday!!

The Friday after Thanksgiving we celebrated Logan's 1st and Gabe's 3rd

Birthdays. We had the family over for a soup party and birthday cake.

Logan was pretty good with all the attention and was glad to clap for himself everytime people said "Yeah!"

Gabe was an old pro with the birthday candles.

Lots and lots of presents!

The Push-Up Challenge

Jared wasn't able to be with us this Thanksgiving but he sent his wishes along that Mike do thirty pushups with Logan on his back after dinner and cake. Logan was game for the ride and it was pretty funny to see watch!

Logan had a pretty large smash cake that he was being very neat about. He only wanted to put the tips of his fingers in it until I (loving Mommy) pushed his hand into it. He then preceded to just try to lick his hand clean. That only lasted for a few minutes until he had total melt-down and had to be taken upstairs for clean up and story time. He recovered quickly though after the second time through the Belly Button Book.
