Great Lakes Science Center

While my mom was in town, we decided to do some field trips around town. One of our favorite places to go is the science center. They are featuring a robot exhibit right now that was really neat. Logan and I built a jitterbug robot together among other activities.
Ever read the sign that says not to touch anyone else while touching the ball...we found out why. I touched Logan and we both got a pretty good shock!

Logan loves a show called, "Sid the Science Kid" on PBS. A little boy goes to preschool and they "explore, investigate, and discover." I was amazed that Logan was able to connect some of the things he has learned from that program to what he was seeing. He especially likes the concept of sound waves right now and it was neat to be able to show him what a sound wave would look like with seveal of the displays.

We had a great time at the science center and then drove to the hotel where Zak was staying to nap the boys and take a swim in the pool. It was a long but very fun day!
