SOCCER TIME!

Soccer season has started! With three playing this season, we have four practices during the week and three games every Saturday morning. It's been a lot to juggle but the kids are loving it. Logan and his team are really awesome to watch. They are getting the hang of playing all the positions, using their heads & bodies, and working together. They get so excited for each other when somebody pulls off a great play. Nate's group plays three on three and he is great. He has the ability to take the ball anytime and score a goal but his personality is really showing. He will get the ball for his team, pass it to a teammate and then block and run alongside so that person can score a goal. He is such a sweet little guy and it really is a neat thing to see him be so considerate and a good team player. Olivia's age group is a little funnier to watch so far. They don't really get the game all that much so they follow the ball like a beehive, pick the grass, stop to chat about their shoes, etc. She has scored a few goals but mostly she does whatever she's in the mood for and just smiles if she doesn't want to listen to her coach.
