Thanksgiving week is always a marathon and this year was no different. Since we had Mark sleeping at our house, we decided to take advantage of the nicer weather and drag the boys to the Zoo. Nonnie was up for the fun, so we stuffed ourselves all into Zak's car and off we went.
(whoops. this is supposed to be before the others, but here is a lovely picture of Jared & Rachel arriving.)
Back to the Zoo, Logan - wondering why we insist on taking more zoo pictures...
Somehow we were lucky enough to see the porcupine's mating. The boys especially found this to be fascinating.

The next morning (and every morning for that matter) the boys hopped into bed and watched cartoons while they waited for their turn in the shower.
Thanksgiving Day
Aunt Terry swooping in for kisses...
Can you tell that Logan really liked Aunt Georgia's strawberry jello salad!
Full mouth of turkey and fixings

They boys were very good sports about being dragged around all week long and I thought this was cute with their matching coats and sippies.
On Friday, we had the chance to have dinner at Bill & Candy Petruski's house. There was a little conflict over toys but for the most part we all had a great time.

Here's the fun-lovin' crew. After Zak and I took the boys home, these guys played games into the wee hours and whooped it up. As Jared said, they better all wear their life jackets when they go on their curise to Alaska together!

After a full day of shopping and basketball, we all spent Saturday night at the Sandels and had some fun playing Wii. Logan was very excited by the bowling and danced to the music whenever he got the chance.
Me trying to keep him out of the way...
Aunt Terry's serious bowling face...
The tennis match

On Sunday, Logan's actual birthday, we went to church and had brunch with Nonnie & Pop-pop. After naptime, we decided it would be fun to go to Chucky Chesse to celebrate Logan turning two.
The boys really liked the rollar coaster simulator that they could ride together.

Mark's favorite was the carasol
Logan's favorite was the backhoe (it would make his cousin Alex proud)

After a very busy week with lots of running around, eating, watching movies, and relaxing with family - we needed a vacation from our vacation! However, it was good to see the ones we love and spend some quality time together.
