Woo Hoo!

We can hardly believe it but today our house sold! We've been on the market for 10 DAYS! As you can imagine we are thrilled beyond words. When we started considering if we should sell to be closer to Zak's new job, the realtor's who came through said it would take at least 6 months to sell, if we were lucky. We kept praying about it, decided to move forward and finish the projects that needed done. Our friend John owns Keller Williams and he sent us his second in command Laura. She said, price it well and see what happens. She said if it doesn't move in 6 weeks it won't move at all. So, we decided to give it a try and really thought we'd be here for another year since we couldn't flex that much on our asking price. Low and behold, the Lord sent us the right person who came in and liked our charm and updates (and agreed to the price that we had decided beforehand we'd sell for if offered)...THANK YOU JESUS!!!! So, we have just two more hurdles to jump before we are home free. We have a home inspection on Saturday and a University Heights inspection on Tuesday. We'll have to fix anything that gets flagged so please be in prayer that the Lord shows us favor and makes the way easy. So as we celebrate we just wanted to say, to God be the glory for the great things HE has done!
