For those who haven't lived in Cleveland, each city has inspector's who come and check for violations of city code at the point of sell. We were pretty anxious about the whole process since any repairs needed would have to be completed before we could sell. So, we had our inspection today and PRISE THE LORD, we are violation free. This means that the sell of our house can move forward! Yeah!!!!! We should find out at the end of the week where Zak will be working and then we'll work on finding a rental property for June 1st. In the meantime, Zak's graduation is just 12 days away...
