Grandma Lovenia

Today was Grandma's last day on this earth. She has been going downhill for some time so we knew it was coming. I actually had the joy of talking to her on my birthday (9/7) and was so grateful to have a real conversation with her. As weak as she felt, she remembered I was turning 30 this year and asked about each of my children. We talked, laughed and expressed our love for each other. I'm praising the Lord that my parents were able to be by her side when she passed on. They flew out early this morning and as soon as she saw them, she closed her eyes and started letting go.

Love you Grandma! I will miss you terribly.
